What is included in each package?

Are the package prices fixed?
Refresh is $8,000, Signature is $17,000, and Luxury is $30,000 for the agreed scope and selected materials. Eligibility is confirmed during consultation. Additional work is quoted separately for your approval.
Can I choose tile instead of wall panels?
Yes. Refresh offers decorative waterproof wall panels OR standard shower-wall tile. Signature expands the tile collection, while Luxury offers custom tiled shower designs. Selections depend on your package and written scope.
Does every package include new vanity cabinets?
Yes. All three packages include new vanity cabinets, with upgraded or custom options at the Signature and Luxury levels.
Can I keep my bathtub?
Tell us what you would like to keep. We will review its condition and discuss how it fits the agreed scope; any adjustments must be confirmed in your written agreement.
Can you convert my bathtub into a shower?
We can discuss a tub-to-shower conversion during consultation. Feasibility, selections, and any additional work depend on your existing space and approved scope.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Bathzilla bathroom installations are handled by our own team, with one accountable company from consultation through final walkthrough.

What happens if concealed damage is found?
Concealed damage and additional work are quoted separately for your approval before that work begins.

Timing depends on scope, materials, site conditions, and scheduling. We discuss your project timeline during consultation; we do not promise a fixed completion period.
What does the limited lifetime warranty cover?
Eligible covered structural components and custom-crafted items are protected against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to your written warranty. Coverage is limited to the original purchaser in the original home and installed location. Exclusions apply.
